I love a pub wedding and London is full of incredible Victorian boozers in which to get married, eat well, and party hard. Amy & Helena chose the Prince Albert in Camden for their wedding and it was a day full of emotion, amazing food, and one of the best wedding bands I’ve ever seen. A few favourites here to give you and overview of the day then dive in to the rest of the post.

Oh my god Lyndsey we looked at the photos this morning and wept. They are beyond. We love them so much. The way you captured everything, the atmosphere, those special little moments between people was just beautiful. We felt so calm and at ease with you even at the most intimate moments of the day and are just so pleased we got to share the day with you. You have captured it so beautifully. We’re a bit speechless to be honest. Thank you so SO much.
Amy & Helena, married at the Prince Albert pub in Camden, April 2025

Amy & Helena had the most gorgeous wedding at the Prince Albert Pub in Camden. Before the day, we met up for a glass of wine to chat about the day, and what struck me the most during those couple of hours sitting around that bar table was how in love these two are. They were so tactile, so loving, so adoring of each other that I knew when the big day arrived, it would be emotional and full of love.
They got ready at Redchurch Townhouse in separate rooms before having an emotional first look. After a taxi ride to the Prince Albert, the girls entered a room so full of love. There’s love in the room at every wedding, but sometimes it feels different. There was such an emotional charge in the air you could almost see and hear it crackle. The personal humanist ceremony was delivered by the fabulous Roxy Celebrates Love.
Post ceremony, we headed out onto the street for the girls to get pelted with confetti. Nobody was hit by a drunken Lime bike rider, and it was back into the Prince Albert garden for cocktails & sliders before dinner and speeches upstairs. More happy crying , beautiful words and a whole lot of hugging.
The girls’ epic 6ft long cake was cut, eaten, and provided dancing fuel for one of the craziest and most brilliant bands I have ever seen, Mariachi El Pinche Gringo. Book them. You won’t be disappointed.
