Peak District Wedding

Peak District Wedding Photographer

I ventured to the Peak District for this joyful, colourful wedding. Initially due to take place two years earlier at London’s Chelsea Physic Garden, it was postponed due to Covid, and relocated to G’s parent’s stunning family home not far from Matlock. The girls got ready together (whilst watching the women’s World Cup) then headed to the garden for a beautiful ceremony, taken by a family friend. After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed drinks, canapés, and the occasional and welcome appearance of the sun, then dinner and speeches. G and Cem had booked my unlimited coverage so I was with them until the very end of the party, and what a party it was. A ton of fun in the glorious Peak District for this wedding, all suppliers are linked at the end of the post. Enjoy!

Wow, we are just totally blown away by these photos, thank you so very much! We have spent most of the evening and this morning poring over them with friends and family and can’t thank you enough for capturing so clearly our happiness and laughter throughout the day!

The Peak District is an amazing location for a wedding. Rolling hills and dramatic skies give the perfect backdrop for my style of documentary wedding photography. Although I’m based on the Kent coast, I travel all of the UK (plus Europe and beyond!) so if you like my style of natural storytelling and would like to chat to me about your own wedding plans, for an outdoor wedding, a same sex wedding, or any other kind of wedding, please do get in touch.
