RIBA Wedding Photography // Nick & Rob
The Royal Institute of British Architects on Portland Place was the grand and stylish venue for Nick and Rob’s civil partnership. The elegant building has a very Art Deco feel to it, with lots of glass, and a great terrace with views over central London’s rooftops. The boys got ready at The Mandeville Hotel, and took a short work to RIBA with their best men. Guests mingled before being seated in the Gallery in anticipation of the Nick and Rob’s arrival. After the ceremony, champagne corks popped and everyone spilled out on to the terrace to enjoy canapes and conversation and soak up some sun. Dinner was served in the beautiful Florence Hall. Amazing floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood the room, and as the night drew in, the lights were turned down in anticipation of speeches and dancing. The fabulous Rockettes got everyone up dancing and the floor stayed packed all night. Some favourites from Nick and Rob’s civil partnership are below, comments always welcomed
