HEXTON MANOR WEDDING // LISA & TIM
Lisa and Tim had their fantastic Hexton Manor wedding in the spring of 2011, the ceremony taking place in the beautiful house and the reception in the gorgeous and quintessentially English Walled Garden. Lisa and her 4 bridesmaids, 3 flower girls and 2 pageboys (all impossibly cute) got ready alongside Tim, his best man and the ushers at The Dower House, just across the road from the wedding venue. After an emotionally charged ceremony, guests spilled out onto the lawns to enjoy the warm spring day with champagne and canapes. Giant Jenga and croquet were played in The Walled Garden under ominous black skies before dinner was served in the marquee. After speeches and an epic 5 person (failed) attempt to hook up Lisa’s wedding dress, the couple took to the dance floor to perform their first dance, a fantastic twist to the Jack Rabbit Slim’s Twist Contest song from Pulp Fiction. An amazingly fun day and an amazingly fun couple. Favourites below….
