An Old Luxters Barn wedding on the blog today. It’s a lovely wedding venue in the Oxfordshire countryside, featuring a gorgeous 17th century barn complete with twinkly fairy lights and rustic beams, and set within the Chiltern Valley Vineyard. Sonia and  Justin held their wedding at the barn in September ands were joined by family and friends from the UK and Sonia’s native Sicily. The couple both got ready at the venue (Justin in a well cut suit and Sonia in a stunning polka dot number from Candy Anthony), but with a little clever planning and communication, they did not cross paths until Sonia was walked up the aisle by her father. The short and sweet ceremony was followed by canapés and Champagne in the courtyard and a few photos amongst the vines and beneath and slightly ominous sky. Back into the barn for dinner and speeches, including a powerpoint presentation featuring Marilyn Manson and The Honey Monster… The evening party began with the cake being cut and the couple taking to the floor for their first dance, quickly followed by friends and family.
