Another year, another collection of my favourite photos. I’ve been curating an end of year wedding photography post every year since 2012. It’s one of the most rewarding – and agonising! – projects of the year.
To call it a collection of my ‘Best Wedding Photography’ sounds grander than it is, and “best” is, of course, subjective. The images that make it into my end of year posts are the ones that make me smile, where the moment, the colours, and the compositions make me feel something. And that is exactly what I hope my wedding photography will do: make you feel something.
I’ll talk more at the end of the post about the places I went and the people I met, but for now, on with the show!
One of the biggest compliments we can pay her is that we realised when looking through the photos that we had barely noticed her during the day – she seemed to know where to be at all times without drawing attention. As a couple who appreciate an artistic and sideways look traditional situations, Lyndsey’s honest, humorous and considerate style was perfect and we absolutely love what she was able to capture.

Our photos are art inspired by life. Each image captures a real moment – some sublime, some mundane, some funny, and some awkward. Together, they tell our story. They take us back to the energy of our wedding and express the full spectrum of emotions we, and our guests, felt. And they’re absolutely stunning.

Hello again… If you came straight here to read more, make sure you head back to the top afterwards.
2025 saw me photographing 34 days of celebrations for 27 couples across 4 countries. I say this every year, but the way in which my couples choose to celebrate their love never fails to absolutely floor me. From weddings in grand villas on the Amalfi coast, to weddings in east London working men’s clubs. Vows being spoken high up on a Santorini mountainside to ceremonies on the banks of the Thames. A 3 day wedding at a music festival which was unlike anything I have ever seen before, to weddings at some of my absolute favourite venues such as Trinity Buoy Wharf and Wilton’s Music Hall. Dance floors that rocked to i-Pod playlists, to ones with the world’s best Britney tribute act. Afterparties in dingy karaoke bars to all out carnage with a topless (male!) mariachi band dressed as flamingos. Just pure joy.
I was placed on some of the Best Wedding Photographers in The World lists in 2025, including WPJA, Fearless Photographers, This Is Reportage, PKIR, ISPWP, and Masters of Wedding Photography. For the 5th consecutive year, I was a judge in the wedding photography category for The Wedding Industry Awards – or TWIA as it’s known. I was the national winner for the Best Wedding Photographer back in 2017 and it’s so nice to be on the other side!

2026 is set to be another incredible year, working at some of my favourite venues as well as travelling to some new places. I have a few dates left for 2026 and I am booking for 2027 so if you’re keen to chat to me about your wedding photography, you know what to do…

Just the ticket to lift morale during my shift at work. So many belters in here – as usual. It would take too long for me to list them, but the cat eyeing up the food takes some beating. Top work. The market leader.
Amazing work Lyndsey – just stunning. We always look forward to looking through your best of. Such an inspiration. Looking forward to 2026 edition already. H&P
Outstanding as always, the layering keeps me holding over so many images and finding new parts of the story every time I look at those images.
Such a beautiful round-up dude. There’s always so much to discover in every frame – my eyes are constantly darting around looking for little easter eggs. I especially loved the sequencing too – the two sun loungers (the 2nd image is of the super tanned guest), and the contrast in the guests watching on (the 2nd one has the boy by the window) really caught the eye. Truly inspiring work
