Wedding photography in Spain – Michelle and Ben, Part 2
Last week I blogged the pre wedding BBQ of Michelle and Ben, who married in a small Spanish coastal town in June. Below are images from the wedding day itself. Michelle got ready with her bridesmaids, Carly and Alex, daughter Elissa (super cute flower girl), sister Janine (who’s wedding I photographed last year, which you can see here), not to mention, mum, grandma, future mother in law, etc…. A very full hotel room on a very hot day. After a suitable amount of champagne had been quaffed, we set off to the church for what was a beautiful and very emotional ceremony. Official part over with, guests headed to the drinks reception on a cliff top overlooking the beach and the bright turquoise Mediterranean. Once the sun started to dip, the party moved on to Cafe del Mar, an airy restaurant and bar overlooking the sea. Tearful speeches were followed by tapas and the hugest paellas known to man, which in turn was followed by mojitos and dancing barefoot into the early hours. Amazing day, amazing couple.
